We undertake all categories of demolition work — residential villas of every size, multi-storey commercial buildings, warehouses, high-rise concrete water tanks, petrol stations, bridges, underground car parks, pile caps and perimeter walls. Each project starts with a structural survey, hazard assessment and a method statement reviewed by our HSE manager before any equipment is mobilised.
Our fleet is built for heavy demolition: ten Caterpillar 345 and 330 excavators (two fitted with hydraulic demolition shears), D8 dozers, CAT wheel loaders, vibratory soil compactors, JCB backhoes and a dedicated tipper fleet that ranges from 3 CBM pickups to 45 CBM tipper trailers.
Every Lincoln demolition site is run by experienced supervisors, certified banksmen and trained plant operators. Dust is controlled with water bowsers and atomised mist, noise is monitored against permitted thresholds, and traffic management is coordinated with RTA where road or pavement closures are required.
Waste is segregated on site for maximum recovery — we typically recycle 85–90% of the structure through our own scrap-metal and concrete-crushing operations.
